We offer you Two Pricing Options which are our Full Service Package or Invoice As You Go, which is the traditional fee for service on an hourly rate.

Full Service Package

Our Full Service Package will free up your time to do what you do best in running your business.

As a business owner, you receive the flexibility of having us come to your premises when your work is completed to analyse the results, sign the documents and answer your questions to see where you move forward.

Our Full Service Package includes our services of:

   Overseeing your Data Entry or Doing your Data Entry

   Lodging your Business Activity Statements

   Preparation of Year End Financial Statements and Tax Returns

   Quarterly Management Reporting to You

   Supervising your Single Touch Payroll (STP) Obligations

   Lodgement of your STP Finalisation Declaration

   Reviewing your Marketing Strategies

   ASIC Annual Statement Reviews

   General Tax Advice

If you don’t have any software for your business, we can provide you with a Sage Business Cloud Accounting account at no cost in this Package.

We provide all of these services for a monthly fee to assist you in managing your cash flow. Two exclusions from our Full Service Package are consulting for complicated tax matters and the setup of entities. Complicated tax matters will be invoiced per the tradition fee for service at an hourly rate and the setup of entities will be invoiced per specific quotes.

Invoice As You Go

We can provide all our quality services to you as an Individual, a Business Owner or Self Managed Super Fund for a fee for service at an hourly rate. We can have meetings here on site, at your location in the Brisbane area or we can do your work by correspondence and the use of our client portal for uploading, downloading and signing documents.

If you need software for your business, we can provide a Sage Business Cloud Accounting account to you for a small cost.

In the Sage Business Cloud Accounting account you can have automatic bank feeds and invoice clients by email. More information on this Sage Business Cloud Accounting account can be found at

If you prefer to use Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks or Reckon, we can assist you in setting up your account, automating the bank feeds, setting up bank rules to code recurring transactions to save you time and money, setting up STP, setting up your financial reporting and providing the services listed above to have your business functioning efficiently in a purposeful direction.
